The Marketing Manager develops and executes effective marketing programs to generate demand and enable the indirect sales efforts of channel partners – VADs and VARs.
Ownership of lead generation and trial generation campaigns in Tier 2 and Tier 3 countries
First point of marketing contact in the region
Create demand generation plans in collaboration with VADs, Regional Director and country managers
Manage and Execute the plan
Collaborate with Partners on Marketing Campaigns
Promote Free Tools/Reports and Trials
Promote Deal Registration and other incentives
Collaborate with Events Coordinator to organise partner events
Collaborate with Events Coordinator and Partners to organise/participate in end user events
Collaborate with VADs and Country Managers on end user campaigns in the region
Ensuring regional teams are briefed and are using marketing tools available to them
Demand Generation Campaign Lead
In collaboration with Marketing Director and the International Marketing Team create quarterly demand generation campaigns
Raise brand awareness in the region
Engage on local social media and contribute to Thycotic social media
Engage with local experts for speaking opportunities, articles, webinars
Collaborate on regional content/translations to increase SEO (blog articles, landing pages)
Reporting on lead generation and trial generation in the region
ROI and budgeting of the events
Reporting on campaigns progress to Marketing Director, International
Collaborating with Marketing Director International and HQ Marketing Team on other marketing campaigns and projects to increase lead generation, partner engagement and brand awareness.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
3- 5 years working experience in IT marketing (Security domain advantage).
Good understanding of channel marketing and end user marketing
Good understand of ROI metrics for marketing investments and sales/marketing funnel
Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks from concept through implementation, and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget
Ability to collaborate across internal and external networks
Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce and Pardot as advantage).
Ability to create, write, and manage email and other marketing campaigns tailored to different stages in the funnel
Knowledge in online marketing and social media an advantage.
Education in Marketing and/or Business Administration will be an advantage.
Self-starter and independent individual.
20% Travel Required
Fluent in English, German or another European language desirable
