International Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Manager

Thycotic’s EMEA/APAC division is an ambitious team working in a fast-paced environment with the goal of continuing the record-breaking growth and success.  The EMEA/APAC HR & TA Manager will partner closely with business leaders throughout the local region and the Vice President of Human Resources based in the US headquarters.

This position is based out of remote, home-office in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Full lifecycle recruiting efforts across a diverse range of client groups and skillsets. This role requires the ability to find, engage and close exceptional talent, as well as a strong sense of urgency and client service orientation.
  • Develop a talent strategy that aligns to both near and long-term strategic goals
  • Build a strong pipeline of candidates leveraging proactive sourcing techniques, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database, social networking, employee referrals, targeted job postings and other best practices in recruiting
  • Execute the recruiting process end-to-end while effectively utilizing the process, systems, and tools needed for remote communication and tracking metrics
  • Facilitate candidate assessment, including scheduling of phone screens and interviews and providing timely feedback to all involved parties
  • Prepare, extend and negotiate offers, ensuring alignment with appropriate compensation guidelines

Employee and Organizational Development (30%)

  • Operate as a business partner able to design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those that go beyond people
  • Recommend and rollout core HR programs in our international offices including: performance reviews, compensation, development programs and engagement activities, partnering closely with leadership in Headquarters
  • Be the go-to expert for everything related to performance management, training and development, compensation, employee relations and benefits administration
  • Conduct regular contact with all team members to aid in career management with realistic milestones and performance improvement as necessary
  • Ensure company is operating within country specific policy and governance frameworks including payroll, employment contracts, health, safety and legislative policy across Europe
  • Connect regularly with the broader HR group to ensure policies and procedures are reviewed for relevance and improvements

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 7-10 years' professional work experience in Human Resources in Europe, including support of employees in multiple countries
  • Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle recruiting and proven ability
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements as they relate to recruiting
  • Ability to think at a strategic, high-level thinking but also can coordinate and implement to get the job done
  • Good judgment on a range of people issues and the confidence to influence leaders
  • Track and reports recruiting metrics and performance for monthly and quarterly analysis
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and fluid environment; adapts quickly to changes, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels to influence and drive organizational change 
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills (analyzing data, understanding trends and developing recommendations for actions based on the analysis)
  • Proven ability to think creatively and work collaboratively to develop and execute programs
  • Self-motivated with the ability to proactively spot opportunities, come up with a plan and then roll up sleeves getting involved in all aspects of the role - no job too big or too small
